Welcome letter - 123rd IATP Conference - Virtual

Dear Delegate,

Welcome to our virtual 123rd IATP Conference.

After the first virtual IATP Conference in October 2020, we hoped we could organize a live event in March 2021. IATP Board of Directors and Corporate Office Team have been evaluating the worldwide situation and the outbreak status. Based on the facts and our will to always consider the health, safety and well-being of our delegates and team as a priority, a virtual event was the most reasonable decision to make.

We recognize that such virtual event will never replace the benefits of in-person meetings, live discussions, and business connections building; however, we truly believe this can enable our Members not only to discuss their pooling agreements for the forthcoming seasons but also to address short/long-term concerns, share experiences and exchange ideas to recover and rebuild the aviation industry, which was strongly impacted in the last year.

To make the most of this virtual event, we invite you to go through the Program, add the live webinars you wish to participate in to your Schedule, scroll down the list of participants and fix appointments with those of interest for your business. Considering the different time zones and to enable as many delegates as possible to attend sessions, the webinars will be held from 12:00 to 17:00 (CET Time), while appointments can be scheduled any time (24/24) after the virtual conference opening.

For the first-time participants, we strongly encourage you to check the Introductory sessions that will provide more information about IATP and the pooling principle; the webinars are scheduled on March 4 – 5, 2021.
